I haven't blogged in a while, so I'm hoping I can compensate being missing with an outfit post!

I know I haven't done an outfit post in a really long time, mainly because I am REALLY lazy. Even today's outfit post is kinda sloppy... I should have included a close up of my shoes but I went back to being lazy. But I managed to drag my camera and my ass to do a lookbook post featuring this beautiful skirt which was a gift from my boyfriend!!!

I swear I love the skirt so much; it is now my absolute favorite item in my wardrobe! Zy sent it over to me in Canada, and I was smiling like an idiot when the package arrived! I just ripped open the envelope and saw this shiny beauty inside. THANKS FOR THE SKIRT BABE! I love you!!!!!

Hello earthlings, how have you all been??? I have been busy preparing/planning for summer - not to forget that I've been studying too. I've been inspired by many bloggers to wear denim on denim, and I'm loving it! The weather is also gradually turning warmer, and I hope this holds out. (Although I highly doubt that will happen because next week's forecast is rainy...)

OOTD: I'm singing my blues

I've been stuck to Big Bang songs recently, on repeat. Especially in love with their singles: Blue, Fantastic Baby, and Bad Boy. Anyhow, the weather today was great, so I decided to wear my dress out. Keep getting warmer, Victoria!

You probably have noticed (maybe not), that each photo, I switch between two pair of shoes shoes. This is what happens when you can't decide which pair of shoes look better. What do you think? Timberlands? Or Witt?

On a totally different note, I'm so excited, I will be going home in about 1.5 months! Oh how time flies ^^

OOTD: Halved

Cotton On Self cut out men's shirt, H&M Two toned Blazer, Topshop Leather panel leggings, ASOS Metallic clutch, Dolce Vita Boots.

Coincidentally, this outfit looks very halved, with my leggings and blazer having more than one tone/texture. Even my hair decided to show only half of my face. I've realized that my outfits seem to become more minimalistic... (Or maybe it's just me)

The fountain back at school has begun spitting water again, and I saw a ton of flowers around, so I suppose it really is about time to welcome Spring and say goodbye to thick winter wear. This time, for real. No more delusions. YES!!! I will finally be able to wear my blazers and parade around in school without having to jump into a building every 5 minutes because its cold.

OOTD: That skirt

Wow, this is a pretty Singaporean outfit! Both my top and skirt are from Singapore! The thing about lazy days is that I choose to wear oversized shirts, and skirts which don't limit my movements. I am usually all over the place in an outfit like this. Simple, but sufficient - for a lookbook post ;)

Here is my favorite skirt, and there is a story behind it. I remember having close to no money left in my bank account, but I decided to go (window) shopping anyway. I saw this skirt on the racks, and I fell in love with it. I wanted to come back another day when I had more money, but it was the last one they had, and so I just asked the lady how much it was going for. She told me a wrong price (unfortunately the correct price was more expensive), and when I found out the correct price, I was pretty torn apart. Well, so it was, either I buy the skirt, and starve for the rest of the month. Or leave the skirt behind, get all bummed out, but still get to eat. Well, I guess you know what happened. The thing was, the lady decided to give me a discount in the end, considering I was a student, and I believe I was very sincere in buying the skirt:') I stood at the shop for a good half hour trying to decide. I am certainly very glad I got it, no regrets.

Its a beauty, ain't it? Lookbook will definitely be getting more of it soon!

OOTD: Insecurities

Hello there! Here is an outfit post! Finally, after so long (not really, about 2 weeks?), I have come up with a proper outfit post:') I am getting old (or maybe lazy)! I push the blame to school. Recently, my workload has become almost x2 of what it was before! I'd like to be kidding, but nah, I'm not. I have 4 assignments due on Monday itself.

Okay, enough of me complaining about school! I think I look pretty funny with round sunglasses, but I love them nonetheless! Maybe if my face were to be a little thinner, it would look better? Maybe? Time is flying, but it doesn't look like Spring is going to show up yet. It is still very cold out, although the days are getting a lot longer. I love decking out in my Jeffrey Campbell's Security! They look a lot like the Litas, it has that edgy heel. Stunning ain't it?

OOTD: Mini Muffin

 

H&M Blazer, Zara dress, Combat boots, H&M armor ring, Walmart banana muffin

I haven't done an outfit post in a few days, and I feel obliged to do one! Anyhow, I wore my bright red dress to class today in the spirit of Spring!!! Unfortunately, I realized that Spring has yet to arrive on my way to school. I ended up blinding everybody with my dress, and I can't tell if that's a good or bad thing actually. On another note, I wish I could bake, but for now I guess I'll have to live with Walmart's $2 for 10 mini banana muffins!

OOTD: I'd like to see where fate takes us.

I wonder where fate would take me all the time, I hope it takes me to London... Or somewhere nice where I can take sometime off, to be alone, and far away from reality. I'm feeling really down now, but don't worry, I've gotten myself a whole bunch of comfort food. And I really mean a whole bunch! I have ramen, chips, chocolate, a brownie, mini banana muffins, a croissant... You get the idea.

I decided I wanted to be happier, so I wore this bright sweater! I have sworn off wearing any shade of pink before, but this sweater had its charm. It worked for me and I've fallen for it. As for the ladybug socks... I know, Spring isn't here yet, but I'm anxiously waiting for its arrival. And Benched? Definitely one of my favorite pairs of shoes!

My examination timetable is out already, while I really can't wait to be back in Singapore, time is flying by way too quickly... I don't get how I always end up contradicting myself.

OOTD: Cat Lady

My first pair of Senso boots came in the mail!!! They felt like they were 2 sizes bigger, but I was willing enough to wear 2 pairs of socks for them to fit. Oh, the things I'd do for shoes. And no, I am not a cat lady, but I just had a zit to cover!

My heart's in a mess, but I will fix that mess myself. I don't need anyone now.

I'd be a cat lady if I need to.

I was feeling game enough to wear my new favorite blazer out, but it was raining. Instead of sulking, I did a Lookbook post. Funny combination huh, snake and floral prints. And I am sure glad everything worked out just fine!

I over-wear (is there such a word???) my leather shorts. I love wearing them all the time, in summer or winter. The day I decided that my face was unsightly and taking pictures with my camera was too troublesome. Please ignore the pile of clothes (ahem need to do laundry.....) at the back.

Now, I am obsessed with OOTD posts... I found this treasure sitting at the back of my mom's closet - yeah I raid her closet from time to time. Watch a youtube video and bam! The scarf turns into a head-ware. My comfy outfit and mismatched socks has met lookbook!

I've been hard working, here's yet another outfit post in less than 3 days. I kid. School has been crazy. Assignments are sitting on my desk waiting for my attention. But on the bright side, the school term is ending soon! In a flash this is my second term at UVic and although it has been really awesome, I can't wait to be back home!!!

There isn't any place like home is there?

OOTD: Sparkly socks

So I've finally did another outfit post. I'm so lazy and its kinda awkward to take outfit pictures, but I guess if I do it often I'll get the hang of it! :) So, try to ignore my clubby face for now^^

Mango white blazer, Zara black dress, H&M cropped sweater, ASOS horse clutch, Urban Outfitters sparkly socks, F21 heart ring, Timberland boots.

So the weather was finally warm enough for me to wear my sparkly socks out. I love them to bits. Why? Because they don't slip when I walk (like most thigh high socks do) and, well, they sparkle pretty damn much. I can't wait for Spring/Summer!
